The Communications Regulatory Commission (CRC) of Mongolia now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of hardware and software, and the installation, warranty and training services associated with theBroadcast Measurements (BM) which has the following capabilities to measure and monitor as DVB-T2, DVB-T, DVB-C2, DVB-C, DVB-S2, T-DMB, AM/FM, DAB/DAB+, DRM/DRM+ standards. Purchaser shall allow the measurements which have one or more than onestandards to measure above-mentioned standards by one or separate measuring unit equipment.
The Procurement will be accomplished under a single tendering process, covered by the Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia financing.
The CRC is responsible for the management and monitor of the radio spectrum including broadcasting regulation and monitoring in Mongolia.
The successful Bidder shall design, supply, and commission a BM complying with the requirements stated in this document and in associated tender documents. To ensure that the CRC can take full advantage of all facilities available in the new system, requirements for training and maintenance are included in the specifications.
The Bidder must have supplied theBM that has been field proven in actual service. To meet these criteria, the systems must have been in satisfactory service with 2 relevant project implementations.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the CRC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 100.00 (One hundred). The method of payment will be by bank deposit to CRC account: ”Golomt Bank” Account Number: 110 2626 830-USD. The document will be sent by email or will be delivered by hand to an accredited agent of the bidder.
Bids must be delivered to the address below by 2:00 p.m. of September 14, 2013. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below at 2:30 p.m. of September 14,2013. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of US$ 6000 (Six thousand US Dollars).
