The entity that provides Internet services to residential and corporate end-users must hold a license for communications services with Internet access privileges.
A holder of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) license shall comply with the 'Terms and Conditions of Licenses to Provide Communications Services (Internet Services),' as approved by Communications Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 143 of 2024.
Article 12.4 of the Law on Communications states:
“An entity that holds a license for the establish or operation of a communications network shall not be granted an additional license to provide communications services.”
