The Communications Regulatory Commission (CRC) of Mongolia now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of audio, video monitoring and measurement equipment and its required modules, warranty and training services associated with the Audio, Video Measurement Equipment for TV and Radio broadcasting (AVME). The Procurement will be accomplished under a limited tendering process and financed by the Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia.
Purpose of CRC is to use an advanced, portable audio video quality monitoring and measurement equipment for inspection of the current television and radio broadcasting service operators and broadcast distributors in order to monitor and to measure audio and video quality of their broadcasting and distributing channels.
The Monitoring and Measurement Equipment Unit should have a capacity to monitor video/audio and to analyze all in one platform provides flexible options and portable as well as field installable upgrade to monitor a diverse variety of video and audio formats.
It shall provide high performance monitoring and collect measurement results for wide range of formats from Analog to Digital.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the CRC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred US dollars (US$ 100.00). The method of payment will be bank deposit to CRC account: Golomt Bank Account Number: 110 2626 830-USD. The document will be sent by email or will be delivered by hand to an accredited agent of the bidder.
Bids must be delivered to the address below by 10:00 am, Dec 15, 2014. Original bidding shall be provided by mail. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below at 10:30 am of 15th Dec 2014. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of 1000 US dollars.

Тендерийн баримт бичгийг бичгээр хүсэлтээ гаргаж, эргэж төлөгдөхгүй нөхцөлтэйгээр иж бүрдлээр нь 100 тооцох нэгжээр худалдан авах ба үнийг Голомт банкны 1102626829 (төгрөг) /110 2626 830-USD /тоот дансанд шилжүүлнэ. Тендер нь түүнийг нээсэн өдрөөс эхлэн 45 хоногийн дотор хүчинтэй байна.
Сонгон шалгаруулалтыг 2014 оны 12 дугаар сарын 15-ны өдрийг хүртэл зарлаж байна. Сонгон шалгаруулалтанд ирүүлэх саналыг 2014 оны 12 дугаар сарын 15-ны 10 цаг 30 минутаас өмнө доорхи хаягаар ирүүлнэ.
Тендерийн хамт 1000 тооцох нэгж түүнтэй дүйцэх хэмжээний төгрөгийн дүнтэй тендерийн баталгаа ирүүлнэ.
