What is the priority area of postal services

Postal priority sector is defined as a most profitable area of the postal market in the country and by defining the area it possible to set up fund to recover losses made during provision of  universal service obligations.

According to Universal postal union recommendations, the priority areas are defined by type of services or coverage area. In Mongolia, the postal priority area has been defined by the coverage area and economic profitability of the area. The current newly defined priority area features international express postal service as a priority postal service.
