Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia (CRC) has approved “Regulatory guideline for the next generation mobile system introduction in Mongolia” by Resolution No.68 of the year 2015 and made spectrum available. The document sets out terms and conditions (link to the next generation document) for the next generation mobile technology service based on LTE technology. This document contains the list of specific LTE frequency bands available for deployment.

CRC has planned to split Band 3 1800 MHz and Band 28 APT700 among four existing mobile service operators (Mobicom Corporation, Skytel Co Ltd, Unitel Co Ltd and G Mobile Co Ltd) equally by 10 MHz x 2 and issued their spectrum licenses.
