To provide installation and maintenance service of communication network and infrastructure

This license shall be issued for the services of erection and/or installation of communication  manhole, duct, fiber optic and copper cable lines between cities, urban areas or constructions, erection, installation and connection of equipment and establishment of communication duct and network inside a construction. If the services of establishment of communication tower and erection and installation of communication equipment on tower, an amendment shall be made to the license. It’s allowed to make request to run both of these services and get the relevant license when receiving the new license.

CRC shall issue registration certificate if the service of establishment of communication duct and network inside the construction only and erection, installation and connection of equipment.

This license shall be issued too if it’s only for the construction of tower and erection and installation of communication equipment on it. A relevant amendment to the license shall be made if the service is to be increased and erection and installation of cable lines.

Expansion of operation and amendment to the license shall also result relevant increase to the regulatory service fee.

In case of erection of a tower, which is higher than 30m, an additional license is required to get from the state central authority for construction affairs, according to 14.9 of the Law on Construction.
